Balboa High School Reunion

I was part of the organizing committee for a large group reunion (75-100). I talked to people at resorts all over the USA and no one was as gracious and as willing to help us as Laura Jones of Prospector Square. She helped us arrange everything and she did it with charm and humor. We had excellent rates, a terrific hospitality area near the pool (so our "fun" didn't disturb other guests) and good accomodations. I cannot rate Park City highly enough for this kind of event. The free public transportation system, outstanding visitor attractions, excellent restaurants and great late summer weather made it perfect.

IAS Mathematics Institute

The IAS/Park City Mathematics Institute has utilized the Prospector Square Lodging and Conference Center facility for the better part of the last 18 years. Each summer we bring some 300 people to a three-week academic institute, using every nook and cranny of the Prospector campus to set up our programs.

The service of the Prospector Square staff has been outstanding, and especially so since the change to Prospector Square Management Company. Everyone on staff is helpful and welcoming. Because of the way our conference is run, the PSL front desk personnel handle many requests and questions (from our participants) that are above and beyond the call of duty, and they do so cheerfully and with good grace.

Four Winds Society

Just a quick note to thank you and your incredible staff for all you do to make our classes such a tremendous success year after year.

As you know I work with many properties all over the world for the Four Winds programs and without a doubt, the Prospector ranks tops all across the board -Our students are always pleased with the accomodations, our office staff constantly comments about how accomodating and friendly your staff is throughout the week!

TAH Connections

Laura - I would like to take a minute and share my thoughts on our Teaching American History (TAH) Connections Project 2008 Summer Academy experience at Prospector Square Lodge & Conference Center. During our week stay last June, we were treated incredibly well. Our accommodations were outstanding and, where there were a couple of glitches in arrangements and suites, they were handled quickly and met with our expectations, even exceeded them.
